"Hey!" you'll shout at the other swallows as they
suddenly take off all at once, cutting a dramatic figure as they arc up and
over and across the sky to the east.
"Guys! Wait!"
They won't seem to hear you.
You'll take a few hops, almost imperceptible, and then boom, right off
into the air.
"GUYS!" you'll shout after them. "GUYS!
WAIT!"
They won't appear to hear you.
The rest of the migration will be pretty uncomfortable.
